Who is covered
Anyone who bought through this website, for 60 days. Your receipt states whether the period counts from purchase or from delivery.
Conditions
Some seller terms ask that you use the product for at least 30 days before requesting a refund, and that the request arrives within the 60-day window. The terms printed on your own checkout page and receipt are the ones that apply. REPLACE-WITH-FINAL-REFUND-CONDITIONS
What to do
Send support@melonexlab.com your order number. Return instructions and the warehouse address come back by reply. Pack every bottle from the order.
What comes back
The price of the bottles. Outbound and return postage stay with the buyer.
How fast
The refund goes out once the warehouse has logged the parcel and usually shows on your statement within ten working days.
What is outside the promise
Marketplace or third-party purchases, and requests arriving after day 60.
